In Short

  • Support the growth and success of our Vaccines Portfolio.
  • Identify and analyze customer needs to optimize revenue generation.
  • Map decision-making processes within key accounts.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans for key accounts.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement effective strategies.
  • Foster relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate strategic partnerships and manage resources.
  • Track key performance indicators and adjust strategies.
  • Engage in scientific exchange and knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Contribute to enhancing patient outcomes through strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing role.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the health industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of local healthcare/reimbursement systems.
  • Fluency in Estonian and English is required.
  • Strategic thinking and business management skills.
  • Proven sales acumen to engage with customers.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
