Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in engineering Windows and Mac environments.
• 3+ years managing core applications in large enterprises.
• Strong technical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Proficiency in documenting Standard Operating Procedures.
• Fluency in English communication.
• Ability to work independently in a demanding environment.
• Experience in regulated environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of Group Policy configurations.
• Intellectual curiosity and capacity for professional growth.
• Desirable certifications in ITSM, ITIL, or TOGAF.
