Overview

The Specialist Product Manager will be working with product leaders and will contribute to shaping the strategy, creating a plan, and driving execution towards launch. You are responsible for establishing, maintaining, and planning the backlog for the assigned products, and working with R&D, DevOps, and other dependent teams to deliver the solutions.

In Short

  • Actively explore and apply user research, analysis, and stakeholder feedback into product requirements.
  • Understand overall Product strategy & vision, identify features to be built, and contribute to the roadmap.
  • Build use cases and user stories and communicate them effectively.
  • Maintain and drive roadmap that helps solve critical problems.
  • Facilitate communication throughout the development process.
  • Identify methods and metrics for success and failures.
  • Coordinate with other Product Owners and Managers.
  • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods for driving innovation.
  • Work with cross-functional teams towards successful launch of new features.
  • Day to day management, coordination, and delivery of projects.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of overall industry experience with 4-5 years of product management experience.
  • Demonstrated strong product thinking, product management certifications a plus.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and drive a broad Scrum team.
  • Ability to understand and translate non-technical feature descriptions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to read and understand technical information.
  • Ability to interact with technical resources and listen carefully.
