Overview

We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant who can support our managers and teams by coordinating tasks and using analytical and organizational skills.

In Short

  • Manage managers' schedules and calendars.
  • Organize team meetings and events, including virtual ones.
  • Handle confidential materials and write meeting minutes.
  • Plan and arrange international travel and create expense reports.
  • Communicate effectively with executives and clients.
  • Coordinate tasks assigned by managers and teams.
  • Full-time and part-time (75-80%) employment available.
  • Fluent in English and Czech/Slovak required.
  • Experience in event planning is a plus.

Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience.
  • High school diploma.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Familiarity with organizing international travel.
  • Some experience in event planning and coordination.
