Overview

The PCS Field Engineer I is responsible for performing Preventative Maintenance and assisting with equipment installation and troubleshooting, ensuring customer satisfaction through service excellence.

  • Perform on-time and accurate Preventative Maintenance.
  • Assist experienced field engineers with equipment installation.
  • Learn troubleshooting and service repair techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with teammates and customers.

  • Identify and assist with sales opportunities.
  • Stay updated with competitor information and market trends.
  • Be available for after-hours support as needed.
  • Meet physical requirements of the job.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields.
  • Experience with web applications and Microsoft products.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Willingness to work a rotating On-Call schedule.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs unassisted.
  • Good hand and finger dexterity required.
  • Must have good vision capabilities.
