GE Healthcare is seeking a driven, results-oriented Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our Computed Tomography (CT) Business, focusing on building strategic partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In Short

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in CT clinical use or Healthcare Customer Success.
  • Experience in healthcare imaging preferred.
  • Strong customer retention and growth track record.
  • Aptitude for learning software and industry best practices.
  • Ability to explain complex data in non-technical terms.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on team player with a proactive nature.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Consultative and credible in customer interactions.
