Requirements

• High performer in studies or other fields.
• Solution-oriented with excellent attention to detail.
• Previous experience as an intern in Project Management, Business Management, or HR Management.
• Bachelor or Master in HR Management, Business Management, or related fields.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English (C2); French is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Interest in tech and ability to handle applications like Jira, Confluence, or HubSpot.
• Highly organized, data-driven, and reliable.
