Requirements

  • High performer in studies or other fields.
  • Solution-oriented with attention to detail.
  • Experience in Project Management, Business Management, or HR Management.
  • Bachelor or Master in HR Management or related fields.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English (C2).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Interest in tech and applications like Jira, Confluence, or HubSpot.
  • Highly organized and data-driven.
  • Passion for analytics and ownership of work.
