Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in Project Management, HR, or related fields.
Excellent written and spoken German and English (C2); French is a plus.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Proactive and highly organized with a focus on solutions.
Bachelor's degree in international, business, or HR management or related fields.
Technical knowledge of applications like Jira, Confluence, or HubSpot.
Data-driven and reliable with a passion for analytics.
Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Experience in HR Management or Personal Assistance is a plus.
