Overview

We are looking for a Google Ads and Tracking Expert (m/f/d) to elevate PYNEMA through their expertise in digital performance and technical know-how.

In Short

• Analyze and optimize data continuously to enhance campaign growth.
• Develop targeted marketing strategies with the social media team and clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, conducting strategic planning and data analysis.
• Implement and maintain tracking solutions, analyze campaigns, and report insights.
• Enhance existing campaigns with creative thinking.
• Build long-term client relationships through professional and confident communication.
• Work proactively and efficiently in E-commerce marketing.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in online marketing, SEM, or digital marketing.
• Strong experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Knowledge of coding is a plus.

Requirements

• Excellent German skills (C2); English skills (minimum B2) are a plus.
• Proactive and structured in organization and analysis.
• Continuous learning in growth strategies and marketing tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with coding in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is beneficial.
