Overview

The HR Business Partner is a trusted HR partner to leaders within the Curation Solutions business unit as well as the Corporate team, with a focus on employee relations, manager support, leave management, employee engagement and compliance. This role ensures HR processes run smoothly, policies are applied consistently, and employees and managers receive responsive, accurate, and professional support. The HR Business Partner serves as a hands-on leader who balances daily HR administration with coaching, problem-solving, and process improvements.

In Short

  • Advise and support managers and team members with employee relations issues.
  • Partner with leadership to translate business goals into actionable initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and consultation regarding employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with other departments for consistency in HR processes.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide necessary support.
  • Act as a coach to leaders for team growth and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and minimize risks.
  • Support change management and communication plans.
  • Utilize data for strategic decisions and workforce planning.
  • Maintain knowledge of HR compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field or 4+ years of HR experience.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with complex employee relations cases.
  • Preferred experience supporting engineering/product or sales/marketing teams.
