Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in systems or software engineering focused on HRIS or enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record with modern HRIS platforms.
• Proficiency with APIs and scripting languages.
• Solid SQL skills and experience with data warehouses.
• Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle.
