Sales Development Representative - Remote

Ready Credit Corp is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound lead generation and fuel our sales pipeline. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter looking to grow into an Account Executive with proven success.

In Short

• Collaborate with sales leadership to define campaign/communication tactics & strategy.
• Engage in conversations with mid to senior-level contacts regarding business priorities/challenges.
• Utilize sales and prospecting applications such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Articulate the value proposition of our products and services.
• Transition qualified leads to sales leadership for conversion.
• Capture accurate information in CRM including contact information and call results.
• Analyze weekly KPI results and make recommendations.
• Identify and qualify viable prospects.

Requirements

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years previous experience in Sales Development.
• Consistent track record of generating qualified leads.
• Highly energetic self-starter; results driven.
• Strong people skills; ability to overcome objections.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written).
