Join Marqeta’s dynamic Credit Operations team as a Senior Analyst, Special Servicing and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our credit operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual eager to gain hands-on credit experience while contributing to the development of Marqeta’s growing credit program. As a Senior Analyst in Special Servicing, you will support all aspects of our customer-facing credit operations. You’ll manage a variety of daily credit activities while working closely with cross-functional teams such as Customer Service, Fraud, Collections, and Product. This role offers a chance to make a tangible impact, develop a deep understanding of credit processes, and help build and scale Marqeta’s credit program.

In Short

• Responsible for the day to day management of special servicing cases for the credit program, including engagement with cross functional stakeholders both internal and external.
• Support the daily operations of Marqeta’s credit servicing function, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Assist in building and refining credit operational processes, policies, and tools to support a growing portfolio.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to inform decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1+ years of experience in credit operations, financial services, or a related field.
• Experience supporting back end processes in a highly regulated environment with tight timelines.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills, including a sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for building and improving processes.
