Overview

The 2nd Shift Remote Desktop Support position involves providing first-contact technical support for clients requiring IT assistance, with a focus on reliability and communication.

In Short

  • Remote position based in the US.
  • Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday, 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM CST.
  • Pay Rate: $20 - $24 + 5% Shift Differential.
  • Provide technical support for client issues.
  • Monitor alerts and respond to urgent incidents.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
  • Support end-user devices and corporate infrastructure.
  • Use RMM and case tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors.

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of IT support experience.
  • Empathetic, client-first mindset.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows OS.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and PowerShell.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in continuous learning.
