Overview

The Senior HRIS Application Engineer at Mozilla will focus on streamlining HR experiences and enhancing Workday integrations and support.

• Develop, propose, and implement Workday integrations and enhancements.
• Provide technical support for Workday instance.
• Conduct audits of system security and collaborate with teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Workday Core HCM and integrations.
• Hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience.
• Workday Pro Certifications preferred.
• Experience with EIBs for integrations.
• 3+ years with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work in team and individual environments.
