Overview

The Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist assists with questions, modifications, and adjustments involving consumer loan products, providing timely and accurate service to strengthen financial relationships.

In Short

• Assist with consumer loan inquiries and modifications.
• Answer inbound calls and assist with outbound follow-ups.
• Maintain knowledge of loan products and regulations.
• Perform loan adjustments and corrections.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Banking or financial experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer and phone operating skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Professional communication skills in phone, chat, and email.
• Ability to work in a moderate noise environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds consistently.
