  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain professional etiquette in communications.
  • Thorough understanding of credit union policies.
  • Critical thinking skills are essential.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds consistently.
