Overview

Motum is seeking a technical, analytical, and creative Email Marketing Specialist to develop and execute email marketing strategies that convert, while working fully remote for LATAM residents.

In Short

• Develop and execute targeted email marketing strategies.
• Segment audiences using Klaviyo for personalized campaigns.
• Manage advanced email automation in Klaviyo, Constant Contact, and HubSpot.
• Create engaging email content tailored to segmented audiences.
• Analyze email performance metrics and optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters for cohesive campaigns.
• Stay updated on emerging tools and trends in email marketing.
• Provide graphic design support using tools like Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Independent contractor position.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience with email marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical skills for campaign performance assessment.
• Exceptional copywriting skills with design awareness.
• Experience managing large-scale email campaigns.
• Excellent collaboration skills.
• Passion for innovation in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with A/B testing is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is a plus.
