Overview

The Software Upgrade Operations Field Engineer at Motorola Solutions is responsible for ensuring that the Call Handling customer base remains at current release levels by remotely upgrading software at customer sites.

Requirements

• Ability to write and follow technical documentation.
• Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Problem-solving skills essential.
• Ability to represent Motorola professionally.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% as required.
