Overview

The Senior Customer Support Manager (Sr. CSM) is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing service contracts for Federal Government Land Mobile Radio services, focusing on building relationships and growing sales opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Sales Account Management and support teams.

  • Forecast and manage accounts effectively.
  • Travel required (25% - 50%) for customer retention.
  • Utilize Oracle and Salesforce for performance tracking.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely required.
  • Preference for applicants located in the Western Region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of Motorola RF systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite required.
  • Experience with US Federal Government contracts is a plus.
  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain government clearance.
  • Sales skills and ability to manage service support contracts.
  • Strong Excel skills for project revenue tracking.
  • Experience with lifecycle service account management preferred.
