Overview

The Senior Onboarding Specialist supports the delivery and design of our company-wide onboarding experience. You will guide and mentor our Onboarding Specialist(s) with day-to-day execution while you focus on the program's continuous improvement and impact on key business metrics like retention and engagement.

In Short

  • Act as the primary facilitator for New Hire Orientation.
  • Support the development and maintenance of orientation content.
  • Analyze KPIs for the onboarding program.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to Onboarding Specialists.
  • Cultivate relationships with department heads for effective onboarding.
  • Drive programmatic improvements based on feedback and data.
  • Support team goals and manage workflow effectively.
  • Serve as a point of contact for onboarding initiatives.
  • Champion the importance of structured onboarding experiences.
  • Ensure alignment and accountability for onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or related fields.
  • Experience with coaching and mentoring.
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.
  • 1+ years focused on employee onboarding programs.
  • Strong strategic thinking and program management skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience.
  • Understanding of onboarding best practices.
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace.
