The Outbound Sales Development Representative will proactively reach out to prospects to generate new business opportunities, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proactively prospect and engage with potential customers through outbound channels.
  • Research and identify high-potential accounts and decision-makers.
  • Conduct consultative conversations to understand prospects' needs.
  • Articulate the value of products and services tailored to specific pain points.
  • Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts in Salesforce.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product updates.
  • Meet and exceed weekly activity metrics and monthly quotas.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an Outbound sales role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar tools is a plus.
  • Experience engaging with international audiences is a plus.
  • Ability to work 6am-3pm Pacific time.
