We’re looking for a tech-savvy, execution-driven HubSpot CRM & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and help fuel our sales pipeline and CRM performance. This is a hybrid role blending CRM management and manual lead generation.

In Short

  • Manage and optimize HubSpot pipelines and workflows
  • Build and maintain email sequences and landing pages
  • Segment and score leads based on behavior
  • Create performance dashboards for sales and marketing
  • Build high-quality B2B lead lists
  • Launch and manage cold outreach campaigns
  • Track outreach results inside HubSpot
  • Collaborate with Sales to handoff qualified leads
  • Continuously optimize outreach based on performance
  • Ensure clean pipelines for Sales and Marketing teams

Requirements

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM
  • Strong understanding of lead generation techniques
  • Proficiency in email marketing and LinkedIn outreach
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
