The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full lifecycle recruitment for various roles across Moonpig Group, emphasizing inclusive hiring practices and building strong relationships with candidates and leadership teams.

In Short

  • Part-time role (3 days a week) for 12 months.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process focusing on diversity and inclusion.
  • Identify and secure top-tier candidates through innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Provide strategic advice to Leadership Teams on hiring practices.
  • Promote Moonpig's Employer Brand to attract talent.
  • Use data to inform recruitment strategies and demonstrate ROI.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience.
  • Curious and innovative thinker in talent acquisition.
  • Highly structured and organized with strong analytical skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solver with creative solutions.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
  • Familiarity with Lever (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.
