Requirements

• BA or BS degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain or related area.
• 5 years in a process development or lean facilitation role.
• Ability to influence both internally and externally.
• Proven experience with AS9145, APQP, and PPAP processes.
• Strong background in problem-solving methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing operations is a plus.
• Willingness to travel globally.
