Senior Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Transformation Lead - Remote

Overview

The Senior Supply Chain CI Transformation Lead at Moog will support supplier development teams by implementing lean methodologies and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier performance.

In Short

• Lead strategic transformational project teams for performance improvement.
• Identify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities.
• Deliver RCCA plans at supplier sites.
• Influence supplier action plans for performance enhancement.
• Provide training on lean methodologies.
• Support strategic supplier development plans.
• Engage with supplier leadership for improvement programs.
• Develop internal best practices for risk mitigation.
• Approximately 50% global travel required.
• Work closely with ISC executive teams.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree in Business Management, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain or related fields.
• 5 years of experience in operational excellence/CI roles.
• Strong influencing skills for transformational change.
• Proven capabilities in training and coaching lean methodologies.
• Experience with AS9145, APQP, and PPAP processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills (A3, 8D, DMAIC).
• Lean Six Sigma Certification is desired.
