• Position: Endpoint Automation Engineer
• Fully Remote or Hybrid if Local – Buffalo, NY
• Focus on improving user experience during endpoint device refresh cycles
• Leverage scripting and development skills primarily in PowerShell, Python, and C#
• Automate device lifecycle workflows and reduce manual tasks
• Strong technical skills and understanding of endpoint management required
• 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, scripting, or software development
• Must be located in the U.S. and able to travel to Buffalo, NY quarterly
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance automation solutions
• Drive innovation by transforming manual processes into automated solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, scripting, or software development
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and C#
• Experience with Windows endpoints and device provisioning
• Familiarity with endpoint management platforms (e.g., Intune, SCCM, Autopilot)
• Ability to translate user workflows into efficient automation solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party tool integration
• U.S. Citizenship required
