In Short

• Manage the implementation of automation projects from concept to commissioning.
• Develop project plans and timelines to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate equipment installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration.
• Provide training and support on automated systems.
• Innovate factory processes and design for automation.

Requirements

• B.S/M.S in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in automation systems project management.
• Strong technical skills in complex automation systems.
• Experience with injection molding tooling and plastics manufacturing.
• Experience with CNC machines and automated systems integration.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
