Overview

The IT Site Support Technician II at Moog is responsible for diagnosing and resolving IT issues while providing technical assistance to end-users in a collaborative and supportive environment.

In Short

  • Diagnose and resolve routine IT issues.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to end-users.
  • Experience with service desk software and remote access programs.
  • Support Windows and Mac iOS systems.
  • Deploy and configure PC equipment and software.
  • Assist in troubleshooting network and application issues.
  • Document incidents and resolutions in the ITSM tool.
  • May require travel for on-site support.
  • Participate in meetings to analyze and troubleshoot hardware problems.
  • Support after-hours in emergencies as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of IT support experience.
  • Proven customer focus and technical knowledge.
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ and Network+ preferred.
  • US Citizenship required.
  • Local to Arvada, CO for daily on-site work.
  • Experience with IT service management systems.
  • Ability to provide training and guidance on new technologies.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility to support after-hours if needed.
