In Short

• Part-time Team Manager for the evening and overnight team.
• Lead and support a team of customer operations representatives (COps).
• Work hours between 2.30pm and 8.30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Focus on delivering strong coaching and support to team members.
• Instill a customer-centric culture within the team.
• Handle escalations and complex customer queries.
• Use data to identify performance gaps and improve team efficiency.
• Conduct regular feedback and development sessions.
• Manage performance and motivation of the squad.
• Remote work setup with support for home office.

Requirements

• Significant experience in team management or coaching in a customer operations environment.
• Ability to articulate previous experiences effectively.
• Empathy and strong interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable making decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Approval from current Team Manager to apply.
