Senior Product Manager, Flex - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and help us build one of the best, most innovative banks in the world.

In Short

• Lead a cross-functional team to develop and deliver a strategy for attracting new consumer segments to Flex.
• Define product strategy for the next phase of growth for key segments.
• Work iteratively and collaboratively with design, engineering, research, data science, compliance, and others.
• Lead the planning process and associated roadmap prioritization.
• Balance work to create long-term growth and hit short-term targets.
• Shape the broader product strategy by sharing insights from your work.

Requirements

• Experience working with financial services products, especially credit cards or BNPL.
• Extensive experience of shipping successful, customer-centric digital products.
• Commercial experience with a track record of delivering P&L impact.
• Data-driven and passionate about metrics.
• Creative and able to work as part of a fast, iterative team.
• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.

Benefits

• Salary of £95,000 to £125,000 depending on experience plus stock options.
