• Work on improving credit underwriting and managing portfolio risk.
• Support the design and implementation of new lending strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in unsecured retail lending (personal loans, credit cards, etc.).
• Understanding of the unsecured retail lending market and pricing dynamics.
• Experience in developing underwriting strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with technical coding abilities (SQL required, Python and Looker preferred).
• Knowledge of UK lending regulations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex problems.
• Experience in project management and team coordination.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Motivated to create positive impacts for customers.
