Overview

The Credit Risk Director will lead the credit strategy for Business Borrowing at Monzo, focusing on developing lending products for small businesses.

Requirements

• Strong domain expertise in lending products for small businesses.

• Experience in developing underwriting strategies and credit models.
• Strong analytical skills with technical coding skills (SQL required, Python and Looker preferred).
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex problems.
• Proven project management experience and leadership of high-performing teams.
• Ability to collaborate in diverse teams.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
