Pharmacy Operations Partner - Remote

Overview

This role is primarily work-from-home with some travel required across the Sydney Metro area. As a Pharmacy Operations Partner, you will support, grow, and optimize pharmacy distribution channels while building strong relationships with partners.

In Short

• Building and maintaining trusted relationships with pharmacy partners.
• Supporting the rollout and onboarding of new pharmacies.
• Working closely with partners to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
• Monitoring service levels and addressing performance issues.
• Visiting pharmacy sites for hands-on support.

Requirements

• Experience with building strong relationships with external stakeholders.
• Satisfactory national police check.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle challenges.
• Attention to detail and record-keeping techniques.
• Effective presentation and training skills.
