The Supervisor, Paid Social drives the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns. You’ll be responsible for delivering business growth and performance through data-driven insights, innovative paid social strategies, and leadership excellence, while mentoring team members and enhancing best practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience buying media at scale
• Proven track record of turning business problems into solutions
• Proficiency with emerging and leading industry Social Platforms
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented and organized
• Retail experience is a big plus
• Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, R, Python are a bonus
