Overview

The Senior Manager/Supervisor, Paid Social is accountable for driving paid social strategy, optimization and execution across all in-house platforms, ensuring quality work and collaboration with internal and external partners.

• Holistic ownership of client accounts including strategy, planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Provide strategic support to team members on various clients.
• Organize campaign materials and set up ads in LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter, and more.
• Troubleshoot issues and work with online partners to resolve them.

• Produce and analyze campaign reports measuring performance.

• Manage budget pacing and monitoring for live campaigns.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a digital marketing environment.
• 5+ years experience with paid social platforms.
• 2+ years managing a team of direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of B2B marketing and media activation.
• Proficient in analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
• Experience with ad platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, and Twitter.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
