Overview

Monks is seeking an experienced Media Data Specialist to generate data-driven media insights for one of the world’s most well known brands. You will focus on enhancing media strategy through analytical & creative analysis. You will collaborate closely with the data & content & social teams to identify trends, measure the impact of media on brand KPIs. The objective of your role is to inform our clients' social communication and content strategy, formulate analysis, learning and recommendations based on an excellent mastery of data.

In Short

  • Process, analyze and understand conversations in digital channels to identify key insights or brand opportunities.
  • Analyze owned channels analytics to identify key insights or brand opportunities.
  • Qualitative and quantitative improvement of the projects under her/his responsibility (levels of engagement and optimization).
  • Set up & monitoring of data analysis tools & dashboards.
  • Campaign reporting & insight analysis for iterative learnings.
  • Development & presentation of research & learnings to internal & client POCs.
  • Oversight of social platforms & paid delivery.
  • Conduct test and learn programs on owned channels and campaigns.
  • Monitor daily conversation related to the brands to detect communication opportunities & mitigate potential crises.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports of both content performance analyzed always from the perspective of the content strategy and social listening.
  • Collaborate in brainstorming sessions with content and creative teams to optimize the platform in terms of content, messages, form.
  • Collaborative work and integration with data, planning, and creative teams.
  • Growth and development of his/her team.

Requirements

  • Ability to translate complex data insights into clear and actionable client presentations.
  • Basic understanding of media strategy execution and activations.
  • 2-3 years of experience in content and digital data analysis.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Hands on campaign management on social platforms.
  • Technical knowledge of Google Suite, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube Analytics, SQL, Data Studio, Social Listening Tools.
  • Strategic thinking focused on results; ability to translate data to actionable insights & strategy.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven competence in developing innovative ideas that lead media strategy.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • A forward-thinking attitude that embraces creative connections between insights.
  • Demonstrated history of maintaining successful client relationships.
  • Upper Intermediate English - You feel comfortable enough communicating in English (both spoken & written).
  • Familiarity with the entertainment industry is preferred.
