Monks is seeking an experienced Application Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and high-performing software applications.

In Short

Lead the design and development of scalable software applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business requirements with technical solutions.
Provide pre-sales support and deal stage acceleration.
Define architectural standards and best practices.
Guide development teams in implementing software design patterns.
Implement DevOps practices to support CI/CD pipelines.
Oversee performance optimization and troubleshooting.
Maintain security best practices and compliance.
Document architecture designs and technical decisions.
Work in EST, CST, or MST time zones.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
15+ years of experience in application architecture and software development.
Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).
Expertise in microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
Knowledge of API design and RESTful services.
Familiarity with DevOps and Infrastructure as Code tools.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
