In Short

• The TechOps PMO is responsible for facilitating TechOps strategic priorities by enabling the efficient delivery of technology solutions to meet stakeholder needs.
• As a Technical Program Manager, Financial Tech, you will support the delivery of technology solutions in accordance with established standards and frameworks.
• This role can be based out of our Chicago, New York City, Washington DC, or Seattle offices or remotely in the United States.
• Have practical experience with a minimum of 5 to 7 years working in a PMO or engineering organization.
• Strong experience managing complex cross-functional projects and programs end-to-end.
• Excellent at communicating with diverse audiences from technical teams to executive leaders.
• Skilled in working with project and portfolio management tools.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Seasoned experience managing complex initiatives in accounting, finance, and procurement systems required.
• Interested in learning everything about MongoDB.
