In Short

  • Identify new workloads and potential use cases within existing accounts to drive increased Atlas consumption.
  • Articulate the value of MongoDB's expanded feature set and evolving developer data platform.
  • Support customers throughout their journey, addressing any queries and ensuring optimal product usage.
  • Develop relationships within customer accounts to promote greater visibility and deepen partnerships.
  • Strategically navigate diverse industries with a data-driven discovery and sales process.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of Sales experience, preferably in database or software.
  • 1-2 years closing experience.
  • Experience with complex and upmarket accounts in commercial sales.
  • Mid-Market experience is preferred.
  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working within a quota and commission structure.
  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Native German speaker.
