In Short

• Drive the strategy, execution, and optimization of the marketing technology stack.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Ops, IT, and data teams.
• Implement and optimize marketing technologies to improve campaign performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing technologists.
• Manage the MarTech budget and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and corporate governance standards.
• Foster innovation by exploring new technologies.
• Develop a data-driven marketing technology strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in marketing technology or related roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale technology implementations.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A passion for continuous learning and innovation.
• Experience managing MarTech platforms and tools.
• Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
