Overview

As the HR Tech Senior Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and development of our human resources systems and tools with a focus on the SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation Management.

In Short

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SuccessFactors solutions.
• Oversee and design the integration of HRIS with other business systems.
• Develop and implement data management strategies for HRIS.
• Ensure system security and optimize RBP’s.
• Design and generate reports and analytics using SF Story Reports.
• Build relationships with the MongoDB People team and stakeholders.
• Champion a user-centric approach to HR systems.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and drive improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years of technical experience in implementing SuccessFactors.
• Deep knowledge in Employee Central and Compensation Management modules.
• Functional understanding of HR business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
