• Join the Developer Relations team at MongoDB, working remotely from North America, South America, or Europe.
• Act as a respected voice in the Django community, producing diverse technical content.
• Leverage expertise in Django and Python to support developers and foster discussions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create authentic messaging for the developer community.
• Produce high-quality content including blog posts, tutorials, and videos.
• Participate in community events and showcase expertise in Python and Django.
• Maintain proficiency in complementary programming languages.
• Work closely with product and growth marketing teams.
• Champion MongoDB’s tools and technologies.
• 10% travel required.

Requirements

• Strong background in software development with a focus on Python and Django.
• Five years of technical experience, preferably as a developer.
• Proficiency in building solutions with Python in large enterprises.
• Experience creating content to facilitate learning of Python and Django.
• Established presence in the Django community.
• Advocacy experience is a plus.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for better understanding.
• Passion for enabling developers to be productive.
• Commitment to personal growth and business impact.
• Willingness to travel for community events.
