The Regulatory Operations Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of environmental remediation projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering operational excellence.

Requirements

• Project Management experience in a regulated firm.
• In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and consumer duty standards.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and delegation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Resilient to change and adaptable.
• Experience in AML/CTF, KYC, and Customer Due Diligence is desirable.
• Experience with Payments Infrastructure is a plus.
• Higher education or University Degree.
