Overview

Angle Health is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Regulatory Operations Manager to join our Legal and Regulatory team. This role will be critical in maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations for primarily self-funded health plans.

• Prepare and submit accurate, timely regulatory reports.
• Manage reporting processes and ensure data completeness.
• Support regulatory audits with comprehensive documentation.
• Serve as the primary contact for regulatory inquiries.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in healthcare operations or compliance.
• Deep understanding of health insurance regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of state Departments of Insurance and ERISA.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize projects.
• Proficiency with technology tools like Slack and Jira.
