Requirements

• CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in Learning and Development.
• Experience in designing and delivering impactful training programs.
• Tech-fluent with a mindset for leveraging AI in learning.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Income Protection and related products.
• Ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Collaborative and proactive attitude.
• Passion for continuous growth and development.
