Senior Controller (m/w/d) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Controller (m/w/d) to join our Controlling team at MOIA. This position is a temporary replacement until the end of November 2026, with a possibility of extension.

In Short

• Support management in decision-making and resource allocation based on financial planning and operational KPIs.
• Responsible for the operation and development of our KPI system for business steering.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts in coordination with internal interfaces.
• Manage projects in strategic controlling and conduct analyses and financial evaluations of strategic topics.
• Collaborate closely with operations and strategy teams.
• Engage in continuous improvement of processes and systems.
• Utilize analytical skills and data affinity to enhance decision-making.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or comparable education.
• Several years of practical experience in controlling, focusing on operational and strategic areas.
• Strong analytical skills, data affinity, and process orientation.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Excellent communication skills, open and solution-oriented collaboration.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge in Tableau and data automation in Microsoft Excel is desirable.
• Experience in a startup environment or software companies is ideal.
