Requirements

• Seasoned experience in various teams and organizational setups.
• In-depth experience in coaching product development teams.
• Adapt agile methodologies effectively.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and team dynamics skills.
• Courage to raise issues and drive change.
• Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in German is a plus.
• Ability to travel 1-4 times a month for in-person interactions.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is desirable.
