Senior Agile Coach - Remote

In Short

• Work closely with experienced Agile Coaches to enhance the agile development of product teams and the organization.
• Support cross-functional teams in their tribe and collaborate with Engineering Leads and Lead POs.
• Facilitate coordination and prioritization of work in a scaled environment.
• Align with agile portfolio management to support continuous value flow in the organization.
• Support individuals and teams in their development through targeted workshops and training.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an Agile Coach in a scaled environment.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
• Experience in organizational development and change management.
• Deep knowledge of scaled processes (e.g., using OKRs and/or FlightLevel).
• Passion and pragmatism for fostering a strong team spirit.
• Determination and willingness to share experiences.
• Very good German language skills.
